Listing Creation Intern
We are looking for a detail-oriented Listing Creation Intern to support our team in creating, updating, and maintaining high-quality listings across our website and internal platforms.
This role is ideal for students or freshers who are comfortable working with structured data, can follow templates carefully, and have a good eye for accuracy and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Create and update listings using provided templates, formats, and reference materials.
- Enter accurate product/service details, descriptions, titles, categories, and other required fields.
- Rewrite and improve listing text to make it clear, concise, and user-friendly.
- Ensure consistent formatting, spelling, grammar, and styling across all listings.
- Check listing quality for missing details, duplicate entries, and incorrect information.
- Coordinate with the design, operations, or development team whenever clarification is needed.
- Follow internal guidelines for naming conventions, categorization, and content structure.
- Maintain data accuracy while managing multiple listings or projects.
Requirements
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with templates.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with spreadsheets or content management tools.
- Willingness to learn and take feedback.
- Ability to manage repetitive work with consistency.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of website structures or CMS platforms.
- Experience with data entry, catalog management, or listing work.
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, WordPress, or similar tools.
- Basic SEO knowledge is a plus.
