Minimum Must-Have Requirement
Look for candidates with:
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration/support experience
- Experience with routers, switches, VLANs, IP addressing, and firewalls
- Exposure to FortiGate, Cisco, Aruba, or similar enterprise networking equipment
Key Responsibilities
Network Administration
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Administer and maintain enterprise firewall solutions such as Fortinet (FortiGate), Cisco, or equivalent.
- Manage PoE switches, preferably Aruba and similar enterprise networking solutions.
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime and security.
Server & System Administration
- Manage Windows and Linux server environments.
- Create, modify, and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Configure and manage Virtual Machines (VMs) and virtualization platforms.
- Perform regular system monitoring, updates, and preventive maintenance.
Infrastructure & Hardware Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve operating system, hardware, and network-related issues.
- Maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Support structured cabling and hardware installations including CAT6, HDMI, PoE devices, and networking equipment.
- Manage print servers and print quota systems.
Security & Surveillance Systems
- Integrate and support Access Control Systems, CCTV Cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and related security infrastructure.
- Coordinate maintenance and monitoring of surveillance and access management systems.
- Manage RFID cards and other access control devices.
Backup & Storage Management
- Configure and monitor automated backup systems.
- Manage Network Attached Storage (NAS) and Storage Area Network (SAN) environments.
- Ensure data integrity, backup availability, and disaster recovery readiness.
IT Asset Management
- Maintain inventory and lifecycle records of IT assets.
- Track and manage IT equipment including computers, networking devices, RFID cards, CCTV equipment, and access control systems.
- Ensure proper documentation of IT assets and infrastructure.
User Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and operating system issues.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents within agreed timelines.
- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and system records.
Desired Candidate ProfileEducational Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Networking, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with FortiGate, Cisco, or similar firewall technologies.
- Experience managing Aruba PoE switches and enterprise network infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux Server administration.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and Virtual Machines.
- Understanding of NAS, SAN, backup solutions, and disaster recovery concepts.
- Experience with CCTV, NVR, DVR, RFID, and Access Control Systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for operating systems, hardware, and network issues.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
