Job Summary
Metal Fabriks India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and proactive Campus Hiring Executive to support the company's manpower hiring requirements by developing strong relationships with ITIs, Polytechnic Colleges, Diploma Institutes, Skill Development Centers, Government Employment Exchanges, and other vocational training institutions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing skilled and semi-skilled candidates through regular field visits, campus recruitment drives, and institutional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit ITIs, Polytechnic Colleges, Diploma Institutes, Skill Development Centers, Engineering Colleges, NSDC-affiliated institutes, and Government Employment Exchanges on a regular basis.
- Source suitable candidates for production, machine operator, fitter, tool room, maintenance, quality, trainee, and other manufacturing positions.
- Coordinate interview schedules between institutes and the HR department.
- Maintain an updated database of educational institutions, placement officers, and potential candidates.
- Represent the company during job fairs, career guidance programs, and employment camps.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates until their successful joining.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly field activity and recruitment reports.
Required Qualification
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or Graduation in any discipline.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to travel are also encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, including MS Word, MS Excel, email, and internet usage.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Good presentation and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
- Excellent follow-up, reporting, and organizational skills.
Other Requirements
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) driving license.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
