Job Overview
- Role: Assistant Merchandiser – Soft Plush Toys
- Location: Greater Noida (Work From Office)
- Experience Required: 2 to 4 years
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Making Samples: Work with design and production teams to build sample plush toys and send them to buyers for approval before mass manufacturing.
- Buyer Communication: Talk with buyers, answer their questions, update them on order status, and handle any design adjustments they want.
- Managing Timelines (T&A): Track order schedules step-by-step so everything stays on track and potential delays are caught early.
- Material Sourcing: Coordinate with vendors to make sure the right fabrics, stuffing, trims, and accessories are ordered and arrive on time.
- Costing & Safety: Assist in estimating product costs and ensure the toys meet quality and international toy safety guidelines (like EN71 and ASTM).
- Paperwork: Maintain clear Excel records, invoices, order sheets, and dispatch documents.
What They Are Looking For
- Background: A degree in Textiles, Fashion Merchandising, or Business, with experience in soft toys, apparel, or home textiles.
- Skills: Strong communication, good follow-up habits, proficiency in MS Excel, and an eye for detail.
