Role Overview
We're hiring a Career Development Executive/Officer for an end-to-end sales role — from cold outreach to closing enrolments. If you're a driven communicator who thrives on targets and enjoys helping working professionals take the next step in their careers, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Connect daily with a minimum of 80 working professionals from leads on our CRM (LeadSquared) to build a strong pipeline of genuine prospects
- Understand each prospect's upskilling needs and career goals to recommend the right program fit
- Counsel prospective students on our program offerings via phone, video calls, or in-person meetings
- Drive the complete sales cycle — from first contact to closure
- Consistently meet daily activity targets and weekly/monthly enrolment goals
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in sales, tele-calling, or counselling is a plus (freshers with the right attitude may also apply, depending on role level)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a fast-paced, high-volume outreach role
- Age up to 35 years

- Working Days: Monday–Saturday
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
