Position: HR Recruiter
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate and discuss salary, joining date, and other employment details
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring targets
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Candidate Profile
1–2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
Excellent Hindi & English communication skills
Good knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes
Comfortable with calling and candidate follow-ups
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Salary will depend on experience, skills, and interview performance.
