Job Title: Steward / F&B Associate
Location : Pali Hills, Bandra West.
Job Summary
The Steward is responsible for delivering excellent guest service, taking food and beverage orders, serving guests, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a memorable dining experience in line with The Irish House standards. (Interview Questions)
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Set up and clear tables before and after service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.
- Follow hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in a restaurant, café, pub, or hotel.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, late night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service preferred.
