Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Vigilance Officer to ensure compliance with company policies, prevent fraud, and promote ethical practices across the organization. The role involves monitoring activities, investigating irregularities, and supporting management in maintaining transparency and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor compliance with company policies, rules, and procedures
- Identify, investigate, and report cases of fraud, misconduct, or irregularities
- Conduct internal vigilance checks, inspections, and audits
- Prepare investigation reports and submit findings to management
- Coordinate with HR, Legal, and Audit teams on vigilance matters
- Ensure implementation of preventive vigilance measures
- Maintain vigilance records, documentation, and confidentiality
- Support disciplinary proceedings when required
- Promote awareness of ethical conduct and vigilance policies
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Knowledge of corporate governance, disciplinary procedures, and compliance
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 3–7 years of experience in vigilance, compliance, audit, or investigation

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
