Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled VMC Milling Operator cum Programmer with strong experience in mold and die manufacturing. The candidate should be capable of handling both machine operation and CNC programming independently, ensuring high precision and quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate VMC Milling Machines
- Develop and execute CNC programs using CAM software
- Perform precision machining for mold and die components
- Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models
- Handle setup, tool selection, and troubleshooting
- Maintain quality standards and production timelines
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience: 5 to 12 Years
- Strong experience in VMC Machine Operation & Programming
- Proficiency in:
- Mastercam
- NX (Siemens NX)
- SolidWorks
- Experience in all types of Die & Mold work
- Ability to work independently with high accuracy
- Good understanding of machining processes and tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
