Key Responsibilities
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate ledgers and financial data using Tally.
- Data Management: Execute precise data entry and generate financial reports using MS Excel.
- HR Support: Assist with human resource management functions and employee data through HRMS platforms.
- Team Coordination: Act as a bridge between management and staff, ensuring smooth operations in a multilingual workplace.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Must have hands-on experience or certification in Tally and MS Excel. Familiarity with HRMS software is highly preferred.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi is mandatory to facilitate communication with our diverse workforce.
- Education/Experience: A degree in Commerce or Accounting is preferred. While experienced candidates are encouraged, motivated freshers with strong technical skills are welcome to apply.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
