Role Summary
The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting agency development by recruiting, training, and managing Financial Consultants (FCs) and advisors, while driving business targets and ensuring high levels of retention and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard Financial Consultants (FCs) and advisors to build a strong agency base
Train and support FCs to improve their selling capability and productivity
Drive business targets through FCs and advisors
Assist in enhancing FC earnings by improving performance and activity levels
Ensure retention of advisors and maintain engagement levels
Generate sales through upselling and cross-selling of products
Support branch growth through recruitment drives and social networking initiatives
Maintain customer retention by ensuring quality service and relationship management

Good communication skills and fluency in local language
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
