Job Summary
We are looking for a Maintenance, Calibration & Safety Executive to manage equipment maintenance, calibration activities, safety compliance, and vendor coordination at our manufacturing facility. The role ensures smooth operations, audit readiness, and compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate maintenance and servicing of laser machines, chillers, UPS, AC systems, cameras, Diabot machines, and Sarine systems, Electrical maintenance & Mechanical. Preventive Maintenance, & Machine break down maintenance. & Coordination with Vendors.
- Perform and maintain weight scale calibration, daily calibration records, and master sample certificates
Maintain fire safety systems including alarms, smoke detectors, pumps, and hydrants
- Maintain safety documents, training records, and track renewal and inspection due dates
- Handle Scaif issues and maintain department-wise records
- Support internal and customer audits with complete documentation
- Ensure statutory inspections and documentation for electrical systems, steamers, water portability testing, air compressors, Aqua Guard carbon replacement, noise and air quality testing
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
- Knowledge of maintenance systems, calibration, and safety practices
Experience
2 to 5 years in maintenance, calibration, safety, or facilities management
Manufacturing or diamond industry experience preferred
Skills Required
- Vendor coordination and follow-up
- Maintenance and calibration knowledge
- Safety and statutory compliance understanding
- Documentation and audit handling
Working day & Time - Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
