About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our Admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective parents and students through the admissions process, addressing their queries, conducting campus visits, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle admission enquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Connect with prospective parents and understand their requirements.
- Explain the school's curriculum, programs, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.
- Conduct counselling sessions for parents and students.
- Schedule and coordinate campus visits, assessments, interviews, and admission-related activities.
- Follow up with prospective parents regularly and maintain a healthy admission pipeline.
- Build strong relationships with parents and provide a positive admission experience.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and conversions in the CRM/ERP.
- Work closely with the Academic, Operations, and School Leadership teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
- Participate in admission campaigns, events, open houses, and outreach activities.
- Address parent concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, conversions, pending applications, and admissions.
- Represent the school professionally and uphold the school's values and brand image.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, inside sales, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
- Experience in schools, colleges, EdTech, or the education sector will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
