About Us
My Travel Plans is a growing travel agency specializing in international air ticketing, particularly Canada–India routes. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Agent to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Book domestic and international flight tickets.
- Assist customers with flight changes, cancellations, and rebookings.
- Provide accurate fare quotations and travel advice.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain excellent customer service and follow up with clients.
- Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve travel-related issues.
- Keep booking records updated and organized.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a travel agency is preferred.
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
