We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber Branch In-Charge to lead our jewelry showroom. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the branch's daily operations, sales targets, and team performance. You will ensure that our customers receive an exceptional, luxury shopping experience while maintaining strict standards for inventory security and showroom elegance.
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or assistant management (experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or high-ticket items is highly preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Growth: Drive the branch to meet and exceed monthly sales targets; step in to assist team members with high-value VIP customer sales.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and schedule showroom staff; ensure all employees provide flawless customer service and maintain professional grooming standards.
- Inventory & Security: Oversee daily opening and closing stock counts of precious metals and gemstones; strictly enforce store security and loss-prevention protocols.
- Operations: Manage daily billing, cash handling, and register closing; ensure the showroom, display cases, and lighting are pristine at all times.
- Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries, special custom orders, returns, and any escalations with absolute professionalism and grace.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven track record in retail sales management and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of jewelry products, metals, and gemstones (or a quick learner who understands luxury goods).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, trust, and accountability (essential for handling high-value inventory).
- Proficiency in retail software, POS billing systems, and basic MS Excel.
