The executive assistant will provide high-level administrative, coordination, and strategic support to the director. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage business priorities across office, factory, branch, and partner-facing activities for a company involved in diesel engine applications, marine propulsion systems, manufacturing, and service operations.
Manage the director's calendar, meetings, travel, and priority communications.
Prepare agendas, notes, action trackers, presentations, reports, and follow-up summaries.
Coordinate with internal teams across management, finance, marketing, sales, aftermarket service, engineering, and operations.
Track deadlines, project updates, approvals, and pending action items.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Organise internal and external meetings, customer visits, vendor discussions, and event logistics.
Support travel arrangements, itineraries, reimbursements, and scheduling across locations.
Draft emails, letters, and business communications on behalf of the director.
Monitor incoming requests and ensure timely responses or escalation.
Assist in documentation, filing, and office administration as needed.
Liaise with branch offices, factories, and service teams for smooth execution of business plans.
Support coordination for product launches, customer engagements, training sessions, and business events.
