Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit construction sites, commercial projects, residential projects, and upcoming developments.
- Identify new and upcoming projects at an early stage and collect project-related information.
- Generate leads and provide accurate project details to the sales/project team.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, fabricators, and other project influencers.
- Identify opportunities for Viva ACP products and support the sales team in converting leads into business.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor activity tracking in the assigned territory.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify and track construction projects.
- Must be comfortable with extensive field work and daily site visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
