We at ECO Paryavaran Laboratories & Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Mohali, are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Factory Manager to join our team.
Location: Kurali, Punjab
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Production, Operations Management, or a related field
- MBA/PGDM in Operations Management will be an added advantage
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in factory/manufacturing operations
- Experience in handling production teams and plant operations preferred
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of production planning and process optimization
- Understanding of quality control and safety standards
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory and maintenance management
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor production processes to achieve efficiency and productivity targets
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Manage manpower, production schedules, and operational activities
- Coordinate with procurement, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams
- Minimize downtime and improve operational performance
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of factory activities
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
