Job Summary
Job Location-: Sonipat, Haryana
We are looking for an experienced Technical Engineer with expertise in Rotary Kiln Incinerator Manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of heavy fabrication, rolling, fitment, assembly, and manufacturing processes. The role requires close coordination with production and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret manufacturing drawings, fabrication drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Supervise and support the manufacturing of Rotary Kiln Incinerator systems.
- Ensure accurate rolling, fitment, and assembly of equipment.
- Monitor heavy fabrication and welding activities.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide technical support during manufacturing and assembly.
- Understand and implement customer technical specifications.
- Ensure precision in rolling and fitment to minimize material loss.
- Work with 3D plant drawings and manufacturing drawings provided by the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Rotary Kiln Incinerator manufacturing is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of heavy fabrication, welding, rolling, fitment, and assembly.
- Ability to read manufacturing and fabrication drawings.
- Good understanding of BOM and technical documentation.
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Project Timeline
- Target completion: 1 to 1.5 months (depending on plant capacity).
