About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive business expansion across Karnataka. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in retail lending, insurance sales, channel development, and team handling, with the ability to build and scale high-performing DSA and connector networks.
This role is for professionals who understand financial product distribution, thrive in field sales, and know how to convert relationships into long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage DSA, connector, and channel partner networks
- Drive sourcing and sales of:
- Home Loans
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Personal Loans
- Business Loans
- Working Capital Products
- Life Insurance
- General Insurance
- Health Insurance
- Recruit, train, and manage field sales teams
- Generate business through open market sourcing and strategic partnerships
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, builders, CAs, and real estate professionals
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets
- Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and credit teams for smooth closures
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure proper documentation and process compliance
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–8 years of experience in:
- Banking
- NBFC
- Insurance
- DSA/Channel Sales
- Financial Services
- Loan Distribution
- Strong understanding of retail lending and insurance products
- Existing market and connector network will be an added advantage
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage teams and drive business independently
- Highly target-oriented with strong field sales capability
