Job Summary
The Faculty of Management Studies is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, conducting research, mentoring students, and contributing to academic and administrative activities within the institution. The faculty member will teach management-related subjects, support curriculum development, and participate in institutional growth initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Learning
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, seminars, and practical sessions in management-related subjects.
- Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Employ innovative teaching methodologies and technology-enhanced learning tools.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, presentations, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate academic records and attendance.
Institutional & Administrative Responsibilities
- Serve on academic committees and departmental boards.
- Participate in admissions, examinations, placements, and student activities.
- Organize workshops, seminars, conferences, and industry interactions.
- Support accreditation and quality assurance initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Management or a relevant specialization from a recognized university.
- Good communications Skills
- Minimum 3 -5 years of teaching experience
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
