Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic Marketing Executive to drive business growth in the industrial automation sector. The role demands field engagement, client interaction, and consistent sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in industrial automation (PLC, SCADA, Drives, Sensors, etc.)
- Conduct regular field visits, cold calling, and client meetings
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Achieve defined sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Support marketing activities like exhibitions and campaigns
Key Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of industrial automation products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of English (spoken & written)
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to handle clients independently
Important Requirements
- Must be ready to travel extensively for field work
- Candidate should be willing to use their own (native) vehicle for travel
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field
- MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years in B2B sales, preferably in automation or industrial products
- Freshers with strong communication and willingness to travel can also be considered
