Dynemix India Engg. Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Service Manager to lead our After-Sales Service Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown support, customer satisfaction, service team management, and achieving service performance targets for industrial mixing and process equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete After-Sales Service Department.
- Plan and monitor installation, commissioning, and start-up of machines at customer sites.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and technical issues.
- Manage field service engineers and allocate service calls efficiently.
- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Handle emergency breakdown services with minimum downtime.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Design, and Spare Parts departments.
- Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) customers and renewals.
- Monitor service KPIs such as response time, closure time, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain service reports, visit reports, and warranty records.
- Ensure availability of spare parts for service activities.
- Train and mentor the service team on technical and safety standards.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and service performance analysis.
- Travel to customer locations across India whenever required.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in Industrial Machinery / Process Equipment / Engineering Manufacturing.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a Service Manager or Team Leader role.
- Experience in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support.
Technical Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
- Knowledge of industrial machinery, motors, gearboxes, pumps, mixers, and control systems.
- Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
