We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can design end-to-end digital marketing strategies for different types of businesses. This role requires both strategic thinking and practical execution knowledge across multiple digital channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow the company's presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile and other digital platforms.
- Plan, create and publish engaging content including posts, reels, videos, stories and promotional campaigns.
- Execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Lead Generation Campaigns to generate qualified business leads.
- Monitor, optimize and improve campaign performance to achieve lead generation targets.
- Capture, organize and maintain lead data in CRM systems, spreadsheets or lead management tools.
- Qualify and hand over leads to the Sales Team for timely follow-up and conversion.
- Track lead status and coordinate with the sales team to measure campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities and industry trends.
- Assist in managing Google Ads and other digital advertising campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on social media performance, lead generation and campaign results.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and platform updates.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Understanding of Lead Generation Campaigns and customer acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile and Google Ads.
- Ability to create engaging content for social media platforms (posts, reels, stories, videos).
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Photoshop or similar creative tools.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems, lead tracking and sales funnel processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work closely with the sales team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Creative, proactive and result-oriented approach.
- Good time management and ability to work independently & meet deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Mass Communication or related field
- Diploma in digital marketing
- Digital Marketing Certification is an added advantage.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong interest in social media, branding and online marketing.
