About the Role
Global Sphere Technologies is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and promoting our Internet and IT infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and business clients.
- Introduce and promote the company's Internet and IT solutions.
- Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
- Update and maintain accurate records in CRM and internal databases.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and performance targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
