Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing
Location: Pune, Chinchwad
Experience: 8–15 Years
Qualification: MBA (Marketing) / BBA / Graduate (MBA Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth.
· Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
· Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and acquire key clients.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
· Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business development plans.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
· Plan and execute branding, promotional, and digital marketing activities.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
· Prepare MIS reports, sales analysis, and performance reviews for management.
Requirements
· 8–15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Automotive industries.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
· Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
· Valid driving license and own bike/car preferred.
· Willingness to travel for business development activities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
