We are urgently hiring an experienced Senior Tally Support Specialist to strengthen our technical support team.
Important Note
This is a Technical Support role and NOT a Development or Programming role.
- This is a non-coding, non-programming position.
- Hands-on experience in Tally Technical Support is mandatory.
- Candidates without prior Tally Support experience will NOT be considered or shortlisted.
- This role requires regular field visits to client locations, and applicants must be comfortable traveling for customer support.
Role Overview
As a Senior Tally Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for all versions of Tally Software, resolving complex customer issues, implementing solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This role requires hands-on experience with Tally Software and the ability to independently handle client support requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all versions of Tally Software.
- Resolve software installation, configuration, and operational issues.
- Handle Tally AMC/ASSC support, Data Splitting, Data Synchronization, and Data Migration.
- Perform Tally Data Password Recovery and assist with data-related issues.
- Support Tally upgrades, licensing, and implementation.
- Conduct remote and onsite client support visits when required.
- Deliver user training and product guidance to clients.
- Coordinate with the development team for TDL customizations and complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support tickets, resolutions, and customer interactions.
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Tally Technical Support is mandatory.
· Strong working knowledge of TallyPrime and previous versions of Tally ERP.

- Backup & Restore
- Password Recovery
- Troubleshooting & Customer Support
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to independently manage multiple support cases.
· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Please Note: Experience in Tally Support is mandatory. Applicants without relevant Tally support experience will not be shortlisted.

- Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
