Roles and Responsibilities:
-Minimum 1 years of experience required in High rise building constructions.
- B.Tech or Diploma mandatory
- Experience in Finishing will be an added advantage.
- Salary will be as per Industrial standards.
- To monitor the work progress by controlling the workmen.
- To achieve the work targets as allotted in terms of concrete, block work, plastering etc.
- Supervising sub-contractors and staff.
- Co-ordinate all agencies at site and manage smooth flow of work.
- Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints and construction problems.
- Maintain all attendance details of all workmen.
- Should send all material indents, equipment requirement, labor requirement as per schedule to head office.
- Responsible for day-to-day execution of the entrusted works as per the approved plans.
- Provide effective supervision to carry out the work as per the contract specifications.
- Periodically report the progress of works, issues needing decisions from clients/ the section in charge.
- Optimum utilization of resources for achieving the targeted production.
- Maintain proper records for billing, utilization of resources etc.
- Co-ordinate with sub-contractor, PRW for achieving productions targets.
- Maintain the quality of works and ensure safety procedures are followed.
- Ensure compliance of Quality, safety and environment.
- Maintain proper discipline and punctuality at site.
- Identify the areas for waste reduction and act on ways and measures to minimize the wastage.
- To check lines, levels and marking of walls, slabs, columns etc.
Critical for the role:
-Proficiency in MS office.
- Excellent communication skills in English and regional language.
- Disciplined, Hardworking, committed and genuinely interested in contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of organization functioning.
