Modern Cine Sound Service is looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller Executive who can handle customer communication professionally, generate leads, follow up with clients, and support business growth through effective telecalling and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities * Make outbound and receive inbound calls related to products and services. * Explain company services and offers to customers in a professional manner. * Generate and maintain customer leads and follow-ups. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues effectively. * Maintain daily call records and update customer databases. * Coordinate with the sales and service team for customer requirements. * Follow up with existing clients for service updates and business opportunities. * Achieve daily and monthly calling target Required Skills * Good communication and convincing skills. * Basic knowledge of computer operations and MS Office. * Ability to handle customers politely and professionally. * Strong follow-up and relationship management skills. * Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English communication preferred.
Eligibility Criteria * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller or Customer Support Executive. * Graduate or Intermediate candidates can apply. * Female /male candidates both can apply.
