Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies for real estate projects.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, and property portals.
- Coordinate branding, promotional events, exhibitions, and offline marketing activities.
- Generate quality leads through digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage marketing agencies, vendors, and creative teams.
- Track campaign performance, prepare MIS reports, and optimize marketing ROI.
- Handle content planning, brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media).
- Experience in Offline Marketing, branding, events, and promotional activities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English.
- Strong analytical, planning, and team coordination skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
