- Responsibility for the overall design of Plumbing & fire protection systems & deliverables, including Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Tender Design / Documentation (including Technical Specifications, BOQ, Schedules and Drawings)
- Prepare comprehensive design documentation including drawings, calculations, technical specifications and reports
- Ability to work independently on various calculations and layouts/schematic mark-ups as per project requirements
- Understanding codes & standards local to project location and utilizing the latest & industry leading software
- BE/BTech/ME/MTech degree in mechanical or civil engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in designing of Plumbing & Fire Protection systems for commercial, retail, hospital and residential projects
