Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for anesthesia services.
- Ensure compliance with payer-specific guidelines and coding standards.
- Maintain coding accuracy and productivity targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve coding-related queries.
- Stay updated with the latest coding regulations and industry standards.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2+ years of Anesthesia Medical Coding experience.
- Strong understanding of Anesthesia coding guidelines and medical terminology.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
