Job Summary:-
Nakodas Group of Industry Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Controller (QC) to ensure that all raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet the company's quality standards, food safety regulations, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Inspect and test raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods as per quality standards.
- Conduct routine quality checks during production and maintain inspection records.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSAI, and company quality policies.
- Monitor production processes and identify quality deviations or non-conformities.
- Coordinate with the Production team to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, testing instruments, and calibration records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Assist during internal, external, and regulatory quality audits.
- Ensure proper documentation of quality records and product traceability.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve product quality
Required Qualifications:-
- B.Sc. | MSC (Food Technology or related field)
- Diploma/Degree in Food Technology or Quality Management will be an added advantage.
Experience:-
- 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance in the Food Manufacturing/FMCG industry.
- Freshers with relevant educational qualifications and practical training may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
