Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee site execution and construction activities
- Ensure adherence to design specifications and contract terms
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead site engineers, and contractors
- Allocate resources effectively (manpower, machinery, materials)
- Conduct regular progress meetings and reporting
Budget & Cost Control
- Monitor project expenditures and control costs
- Approve vendor bills and subcontractor payments
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources
