JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales operations of Mathtab across Kerala. The Sales Manager will be responsible for converting leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, community awareness programs, demo classes, academic counsellors, referrals, and school partnerships.
The role requires strong leadership, sales strategy execution, team management, customer relationship building, and collaboration with academic counsellors and marketing teams to achieve admission targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and manage Sales Executives and admission teams.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual enrollment targets.
* Monitor and manage daily lead allocation, follow-ups, counselling, and closures.
* Convert warm leads generated from:
* Social media campaigns
* Community awareness programs
* Parent meetings
* Academic counsellor demo sessions
* Referral programs
* School outreach initiatives
- Conduct telephonic and virtual sales consultations with parents.
- Coordinate with Academic Counsellors for demo scheduling and follow-up.
- Coordinate with Marketing Team for campaign planning and lead quality improvement.
- Generate B2B opportunities with schools, tuition centres, educational institutions, and community organizations.
- Travel across Kerala for school presentations, partnership meetings, exhibitions, and awareness events.
- Handle escalated parent queries and objections.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline reports.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to management.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales team members.

QUALIFICATIONS
* Graduate in any discipline.
* MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
* Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
* Knowledge of CRM systems and tele-sales processes.
EXPERIENCE
Preferred: 5–10 years
Must have:
* Minimum 3 years in Education, EdTech, Training, Coaching Institute, or Academic Product Sales.
* Minimum 2 years managing a sales team.
COMPENSATION
Fixed Salary:
₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Performance Incentives:
₹15,000 – ₹1,00,000+ per month based on admissions and revenue.
Expected CTC:
₹8 Lakhs – ₹15 Lakhs per annum.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
