Key Responsibilities
- Sterile Field Management: They scrub in, wear sterile gowns, and ensure all tools, sutures, and sponges remain uncontaminated.
- Instrument Management: They organize the instrument table, sterilize supplies, and swiftly pass the correct instruments to the surgeon.
- Safety Counts: Alongside the circulating nurse, they carefully count sponges, needles, and instruments before, during, and after the procedure to ensure nothing is left inside the patient.
- Patient Support: They may assist in preparing the patient, monitoring vitals, and helping with the transfer to the recovery room.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
