Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹37,000 CTC
Eligibility:
Graduate Freshers are welcome.
Candidates with International BPO Voice experience are preferred.
Excellent English communication skills (C1 level preferred).
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer queries through voice support.
Deliver exceptional customer service in the Healthcare process.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Ensure quality, compliance, and process adherence.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Achieve productivity and performance targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
