Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Cum Administration Manager to oversee business development activities and administrative operations of our Chennai branch. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the courier and logistics industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage sales growth while ensuring smooth day-to-day branch administration.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop and implement strategies to increase courier sales and revenue.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients and business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and business meetings.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, business forecasts, and performance updates.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Administration & Branch Management
- Oversee daily administrative activities of the branch.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office records, documentation, and reports.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and branch discipline.
- Coordinate with HR and management regarding staffing and administrative matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Supervise office facilities, assets, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Manage vendor coordination and branch-related procurement activities.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth shipment movement and delivery.
- Monitor branch performance, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely submission of operational and management reports.
- Support hub and branch teams in achieving organizational objectives.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance to team members.
- Ensure effective communication between sales, operations, and administration teams.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Required Skills

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
