We are looking for a skilled and proactive *Computer Operator & Content Executive* proficient in both English and Hindi. The ideal candidate will handle daily typing tasks, official letter drafting, and basic content writing. A key requirement for this role is the ability to leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT/Gemini) to optimize workflows, speed up drafting, and improve content quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Typing & Data Entry: Maintain high accuracy in typing and managing data/documents in both English and Hindi.
2. Official Letter Drafting: Draft professional business letters, official emails, notices, and proposals for both government and corporate communications.
3. AI Tool Integration: Smartly utilize ChatGPT, Gemini, or other AI writing assistants to accelerate research, drafting, and proofreading tasks.
4. Office Administration: Organize digital files, manage correspondence, and handle routine email communications.
Requirements & Qualifications:
1. Education: Graduate (in any stream).
2. Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both *English and Hindi*.
3. Typing Speed: *30 to 35 WPM* (Words Per Minute) in both languages.
4. Technical Skills: Strong command over MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet research, and email management.
5. AI Literacy: Hands-on experience or good familiarity with using AI tools for drafting and content generation.
6. Experience: Prior experience in formal letter drafting and professional writing is highly preferred.
