Introduction
We are looking for a creative and solution-oriented Business Analyst who can understand client requirements, create structured solutions, and leverage modern AI tools to improve productivity. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with clients, creating wireframes, documenting requirements, and contributing to content creation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using Figma/FigJam.
- Conduct virtual and face-to-face client meetings.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
- Research industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams.
- Review and test deliverables before client handover.
- Manage project timelines, client communication, and requirement clarifications.
- Create content for websites, applications, and social media platforms.
- Use AI tools for research, documentation, content creation, and rapid prototyping.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 6 months to 1.5 years of experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of web and mobile application workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Figma, FigJam, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX and user journey mapping.
- Experience in content creation and business documentation.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Studio, or similar platforms.
- Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn.
