We are looking for honest, detail-oriented, and customer-friendly Cashiers to manage billing and payment operations across our sweets and snacks retail outlets. The candidate should be comfortable handling cash, digital payments, billing systems, and customer interactions while ensuring accuracy in daily transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer billing using POS / billing software.
- Process payments through cash, card, UPI, wallets, and other payment modes.
- Generate invoices, receipts, and ensure correct billing of products.
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling and avoid billing errors.
- Perform opening and closing cash balance verification.
- Prepare daily cash collection reports and submit to store/accounts team.
- Handle refunds, exchanges, and billing corrections as per company policy.
- Coordinate with counter sales staff for smooth customer service.
- Ensure billing counter cleanliness, organization, and proper stationery availability.
- Support customers with billing queries, offers, discounts, and membership programs if applicable.
- Assist during peak sales periods, weekends, and festive seasons.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing/POS system understanding.
- Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Honest, responsible, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Experience in retail cashier, supermarket, food retail, or FMCG is preferred.
- Must be willing to work across all our outlets in Bengaluru based on business requirements.
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and festival seasons.
