Job Title: HR Executive / Recruiter
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive / Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding activities, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
HR Operations
- Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Prepare and maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in employee engagement activities.
- Support attendance and leave management processes.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare recruitment and HR-related reports.
- Maintain employee files and records accurately.
- Update recruitment status and hiring metrics regularly.
- Support HR audits and documentation requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with job portals and social media hiring.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Freshers to 2 years of experience in Recruitment or Human Resources.
- Experience in bulk hiring, IT hiring, or non-IT hiring is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
