Sales Team Leader
The Sales Team Leader is responsible for achieving team sales targets by leading, motivating, and monitoring the performance of Sales Executives. Key responsibilities include driving enquiries, bookings, retails, customer satisfaction, daily activity planning, team coaching, and performance reviews. The role also includes recruiting and developing sales manpower, conducting interviews, onboarding new team members, and building a strong, high-performing sales team. Candidates should possess excellent leadership, communication, and sales management skills. Experience in automobile sales is preferred.
Pay: ₹14,474.40 - ₹45,163.72 per month
