Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager with 3+ years of experience in property sales and client relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer interactions, generating leads, and achieving revenue targets for residential and/or commercial real estate projects in and around Yelahanka, Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads through referrals, walk-ins, digital platforms, and channel partners.
- Conduct site visits, property presentations, and client meetings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Guide customers through the property purchase process, including negotiations and documentation.
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure timely lead follow-up.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to closure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Bengaluru real estate market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential apartment or villa sales.
- Strong network of channel partners and brokers in North Bengaluru.
- Knowledge of RERA regulations and property documentation.
- Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi (preferred).
