Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented PCD Executive to manage and expand our Pharma Franchise (PCD) business. The candidate will be responsible for generating new franchise enquiries, converting leads into business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to PCD Pharma Franchise business.
- Generate new business opportunities through telecalling and online enquiries.
- Develop and appoint new PCD distributors and franchise partners across India.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing franchise customers.
- Provide complete product information, promotional materials, and pricing details to clients.
- Coordinate with the dispatch, accounts, and production departments for smooth order processing.
- Ensure timely payment follow-up and outstanding recovery from customers.
- Update customer records, call reports, and sales activities in the CRM/software.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets assigned by the management.
- Resolve customer queries and provide prompt after-sales support.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or any graduate.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in PCD Pharma Sales or Telemarketing will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and formulations.
- Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, Email, CRM, and ERP software.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-driven.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in PCD Pharma Franchise sales.
- Knowledge of third-party manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.
- Experience in handling all-India franchise customers.
