Paradiso Solutions is a Silicon Valley-based eLearning services provider offering Paradiso LMS, a B2B SaaS learning-management platform. The product combines an easy-to-use interface with gamification, more than 100 third-party integrations, customization options, and mobile accessibility.
We are looking for a motivated and organized Product Associate who wants to build a long-term career in Product Management. This role is designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to learn how software products are researched, planned, developed, tested, released, and improved.
Role Overview
The Product Associate will support Product Managers and Engineers in coordinating software-development initiatives, analyzing customer and market requirements, maintaining product documentation, tracking release plans, and enabling internal teams. The role provides hands-on exposure to B2B SaaS, eLearning technology, international collaboration, and the full product-development lifecycle.
Role Requirements
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
· Fresher to one year of experience. Academic projects, internships, or practical exposure to software-development project management will be an advantage.
· Basic knowledge of PHP, Linux, MySQL, SQL, JavaScript, Java, and jQuery.
· Moodle knowledge or experience is highly preferred.
· Good administrative, coordination, and documentation skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, Sales, and Operations teams.
· Organized, process-oriented, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks.
· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
· Basic understanding of AI concepts or AI-enabled software products is an advantage.
· Interest in a long-term career with the organization and willingness to learn continuously.
Key Responsibilities
· Analyze competitors, market trends, and client requirements to support the product roadmap.
· Assist with quality analysis and validation of new features against documented requirements.
· Prepare and maintain documentation for new features, enhancements, workflows, and releases.
· Coordinate with Engineering and QA teams to support planned product releases every three months.
· Educate and support Sales and Operations teams on new features, changes, and product capabilities.
· Help create release project plans based on priorities, timelines, dependencies, and available resources.
· Support the delivery of projects on time, within agreed scope, and within budget.
· Assist in defining project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders while considering technical feasibility.
· Track resource availability, allocation, milestones, dependencies, and delivery progress.
· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, trackers, action logs, and status reports.
· Document and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate review and verification processes.
· Measure project performance using suitable tools, metrics, and reporting methods.
· Report progress, issues, dependencies, and risks to the Product Manager or management as required.
· Support risk identification and mitigation to minimize project and release risks.
· Create and maintain comprehensive product, project, and release documentation.
· Participate in product testing, release readiness, demonstrations, and post-release follow-up.
Preferred Tools and Knowledge
· Agile or Scrum methodology and software-development lifecycle fundamentals.
· Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar project-tracking tools.
· Excel or Google Sheets for trackers, reports, and basic analysis.
· Figma or a basic understanding of UI/UX concepts.
· Product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.
· Basic product analytics, dashboards, SQL queries, or product metrics.
Remote Work Requirements
· A separate, quiet, and disturbance-free working room.
· A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
· Own laptop or desktop suitable for daily work.
· Availability to work during the full IST shift from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
· Please note that Wi-Fi and internet expenses are not reimbursed.
