We are seeking a creative and result-oriented Social Media & Recruitment Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence and support overseas recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating social media content, posting overseas job vacancies, generating candidate leads, handling online inquiries, and building our brand presence across digital platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Create and publish daily vacancy posts, reels, and recruitment-related content.
- Design social media graphics using tools such as Canva.
- Edit short-form videos and reels for job advertisements.
- Write engaging captions and recruitment content in Malayalam and English.
- Respond to candidate inquiries received through social media and WhatsApp.
- Generate candidate leads through social media campaigns and online marketing.
- Maintain candidate databases and assist in lead tracking.
- Create educational content related to Gulf jobs, visa processes, and career opportunities.
- Coordinate with recruiters to collect vacancy details and publish them promptly.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement.
- Build and manage WhatsApp groups and broadcast lists for candidate communication.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
