Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day floor operations to ensure seamless guest service.
- Welcome and assist VIP and regular clients, ensuring a luxury customer experience.
- Coordinate appointments and service schedules with reception and therapists/stylists.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure treatment rooms, salon stations, and common areas are clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with SOPs and hygiene standards.
- Support sales by promoting spa packages, memberships, retail products, and seasonal offers.
- Track daily operational reports, service delivery, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and inventory teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure availability of towels, amenities, consumables, and retail products.
- Assist in training and mentoring staff on customer service and luxury hospitality standards.
- Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation regulations are strictly followed.
- Help achieve monthly revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
