Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Business Alignment :
1. Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
2. Lead GTM plans for seasonal campaigns, product launches, festive promotions, and category expansion.
3. Define customer personas, segmentation, positioning, communication themes, and channel strategy.
4. Align marketing plans with inventory, sales priorities, distribution, and business targets.
5. Drive integrated campaigns across offline, online, retail, and marketplace channels.
Brand Management & Positioning :
1. Custodian of brands including PRIORITY, PRIORITY JUNIOR, and TRAWORLD.
2. Define and maintain brand identity, positioning, tone of voice, and communication consistency.
3. Ensure consistency across packaging, merchandising, website, social media, and retail branding.
4. Drive brand-building initiatives for awareness, recall, and preference.
5. Track brand health and refine strategy based on insights.
Campaign Planning & Execution :
1. Plan and execute seasonal, festive, product launch, and influencer campaigns.
2. Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, print, retail, outdoor, and social media.
3. Work with agencies and internal teams for creative development and execution.
4. Ensure timely execution with measurable ROI and business impact.
5. Manage end-to-end execution including shoots, content, approvals, and deployment.
Digital & Performance Marketing :
1. Lead digital marketing across paid media, SEO, SEM, social media, email, and marketplaces.
2. Drive acquisition, traffic, leads, and conversion optimization. Optimize CAC, CPL, ROAS, CTR, engagement, and conversions.
3. Scale campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and marketplace platforms.
4. Build funnels, retargeting, and remarketing strategies.
D2C Website & E-commerce Management :
1. Manage D2C website performance, UX, content, and conversions.
2. Ensure alignment with brand identity and campaign objectives.
3. Work with tech, UI/UX, and marketplace teams for improvements.
4. Track analytics including traffic, behavior, cart abandonment, and engagement.
5. Drive online sales and retention initiatives.
Consumer Insights, Research & Analytics :
1. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
2. Track trends, pricing, preferences, and category movements.
3. Translate data into actionable marketing insights.
4. Lead customer journey mapping for better experience.
5. Maintain dashboards and reporting for decision-making.
Trade Marketing & Retail Activation :
1. Execute trade marketing campaigns for retail and channel visibility.
2. Drive in-store branding, POSM, dealer engagement, and promotions.
3. Work with sales teams for retail execution and outlet activation.
4. Support distributor, retailer, and institutional campaigns.
Agency, Vendor & Media Management :
1. Manage agencies, media partners, production houses, PR agencies, and vendors.
2. Handle negotiations, performance reviews, and vendor evaluations.
3. Plan and execute media buying across digital and traditional channels.
4. Ensure ROI-driven execution and quality delivery.
Public Relations & Brand Collaborations :
1. Execute PR campaigns for brand visibility.
2. Manage influencers, media, and stakeholder relationships.
3. Drive collaborations, licensing, celebrity, and partnership opportunities.
4. Execute influencer marketing aligned with brand goals.
Innovation & Trend Forecasting :
1. Track industry trends in luggage, fashion, retail, and consumer behavior.
2. Recommend innovative marketing formats and ideas.
3. Work with product/design teams for market-driven inputs.
4. Benchmark competitor innovation and best practices.
CRM & Customer Retention :
1. Build CRM strategy for retention, loyalty, and repeat purchases.
2. Drive personalized communication via email, WhatsApp, SMS, and remarketing.
3. Analyze customer data to improve CLTV and retention.
Financial & Performance Management :
1. Manage annual marketing budgets across all channels and activities.
2. Track ROI, budget utilization, and brand-level P&L.
3. Ensure cost optimization and performance-driven spending.
4. Present monthly and quarterly performance reports.
Team Management & Leadership :
1. Lead and mentor the marketing team across functions.
2. Define KRAs, KPIs, and performance goals.
3. Conduct reviews, evaluations, and capability-building.
4. Ensure execution discipline and timely delivery.
5. Build a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Qualifications :
1. MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred. Skills & Experience
2. 8–15 years of experience in Marketing or Brand Management roles.
3. Prior team management and leadership experience is mandatory.
4. Experience in bags, luggage, fashion, retail, or consumer product industry preferred.
5. Strong strategic and performance marketing knowledge.
6. Expertise in brand management and campaign planning.
7. Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
8. Good understanding of offline & digital marketing and consumer behavior.
Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
