Job Description:-
We are seeking a skilled and committed Orthodontist to join our growing dental network.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning.
* Perform fixed orthodontic treatments proficiently, including conventional braces systems.
* Must be proficient in aligner therapy, including:
* Attachment placement
* Aligner delivery
* Monitoring and follow-up of aligner cases
* Actively participate in orthodontic case conversion and patient counseling.
* Ensure timely initiation, monitoring, and completion of all orthodontic cases.
* Maintain proper clinical documentation and treatment records.
* Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure smooth patient management across branches.
Work Structure
* The Orthodontist will function as a rotational consultant across all existing 8 clinics and any future branches added to the network.
* Travel between branches as per schedule will be mandatory.
Contract Requirement
* Candidate must be willing to sign a minimum 2-year contract.
* The contract shall include responsibility for continuity and completion of all initiated orthodontic cases.
Eligibility Criteria
* MDS in Orthodontics from a recognized institution.
* Strong clinical proficiency in fixed orthodontics and aligner-based treatments.
* Good communication and patient conversion skills.
* Ability to work in a multi-branch setup and coordinate efficiently with teams.
